Refund policy

Passes

Passes start working as soon as they're issued, so they're generally non-refundable. If you bought the wrong pass, the 24-hour upgrade credit lets you move to a higher pass and pay only the difference.

Coin packs

Coins are added once a payment confirms and are non-refundable once added. Unused coins stay in your balance while your account is open.

Listing unlocks

Unlocks of digital listings are final. If a listing is removed for breaking our rules shortly after you unlock it, contact support and we'll review a coin refund.

Custom requests

If a creator declines or cancels an accepted request, or a dispute is decided in your favour, the coins go back to your balance.

Payment problems

If you were charged but nothing appeared on your account, email support@feetmora.com with your payment reference and we'll look into it.
