1. Who can use FeetMora

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). Sellers must pass identity and age verification before listing anything.

2. What is allowed

Non-nude, feet-focused photos and videos of the verified seller only. No nudity, no sexual acts, no faces shown with names, no minors, nothing implying youth, no meetups, no physical items, no off-platform contact or payments.

3. Passes

Passes are one-time purchases with a fixed validity. They do not renew automatically. An upgrade within 24 hours of purchase credits the price paid for the current pass; after 24 hours no credit is given. Passes are personal and non-transferable.

4. Coins

Coins are a prepaid credit usable only on FeetMora. They have no cash value for buyers, cannot be withdrawn by buyers and are not refundable except as stated in these terms. Refunds of custom orders are returned as coins.

5. Custom orders

Payment is taken in coins when you pay for an accepted order and released to the seller when you confirm delivery or automatically after the confirmation window. Disputes are decided by FeetMora moderators using the delivery and chat log.

6. Sellers

Sellers receive the share of coins stated on the How sellers earn page, may redeem available coins to a main balance and request withdrawals above the minimum. FeetMora may hold, reverse or withhold earnings connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, rule breaks or disputes.

7. Content ownership and licence

Sellers keep ownership of their content and grant buyers a personal, non-transferable licence to view it. Sharing, reselling or reposting content outside FeetMora is forbidden and is traceable by watermark.

8. Enforcement

We use strikes for minor breaks and permanent bans for anything involving minors, nudity, doxxing or fraud. Deliberately false reports lead to a ban.
